Buttery Mashed Potatoes

A thanksgiving classic, we peel, boil, and whip these locally grown russet potatoes by hand adding just the right amount of fresh butter and cream to make the perfect smooth and rich mashed potatoes.  It's as simple as that.

Approximate weight: 1.5 lb's ~ approx.

Serves 2 - 3 people.

Heating Instructions:

Remove lid and place container in microwave.  Heat on high for 2 minutes.  Stir the potatoes (fresh milk or cream can be added here if more moisture is needed).  Place container back in the microwave and continue heating until fully warmed, about 2 minutes.  *Container is not oven safe.

Heating Instructions:

Place the stuffing in a buttered oven-safe dish and cook covered for 10-15 minutes at 325º.  Remove cover and continue cooking 10 minutes or until top is crispy.
