Roasted Brussels Sprouts

It's the quintessential autumn vegetable.  We roast tender brussels sprouts giving them a deep, caramelized flavor and season them sparingly with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.  This dish is all about the sprouts.

Size: 1 lb ~ approx.

Serves: 2-3 people.

Heating Instructions:

Remove vegetables from container and place on a foil-lined cookie sheet.  Place the vegetables in a pre-heated 400º oven for 10 - 12 minutes, or until fully warmed and slightly crispy.
