This sour preserve is a "looser" interpretation of that nostalgic can shaped log of translucent cranberry gel.  We stew fresh ripe cranberries allowing the juices to thicken around tender pieces of tart cranberry.  With its deep magenta color and brightly tart flavor, this Thanksgiving favorite distinguishes itself as the perfect condiment to your turkey dinner -- or next-day turkey sandwich.
