Gratins are a holiday classic for good reason. Ours is brimming with hand-cut cauliflower from our farm that is enveloped in a rich mornay cream sauce made with a blend of Comte, Cheddar, and Gruyere cheeses. The nutty saltiness of the cheese balances the sweetness of the cauliflower and the richness of the creamy filling.

Heating Instructions:

Remove lid and place container on foil-lined baking sheet. Cook in a pre-heated 350º oven for 10 minutes, or until fully warmed and slightly crispy on top.

Size: 1.5 lbs ~ approx. Serves 2-3 people
