This comforting gratin recipe with local carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower is rich, creamy, and delicious.  Thin sliced Bridgehampton vegetables are steamed until just tender, then topped with a flavorful cheese and herb cream sauce.  Finally, the entire dish is baked until golden brown. Definitely a crowd pleaser, for both vegetable lovers and non-vegetable lovers alike.

Size: 1.5 lb ~ approx.

Serves: 2 - 3 people.

Heating Instructions:

Remove lid and place container in preheated 325º oven.  Heat uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through.
